Welcome to Eve’s Shadow. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

  • Age verification is required before accessing the booking calendar or entering the studio.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be booked online in advance.

  • Payment is collected at the time of booking via our secure platform.

  • Rates: $150 for the first hour, $100 per additional hour.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

3. Studio Use

  • The studio must be used respectfully and responsibly.

  • No illegal activity, non-consensual behavior, or substance use is permitted.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their session.

  • The space is cleaned between sessions using medical-grade products. Sanitizing wipes are provided for optional personal use.

4. Privacy

  • Your privacy is a top priority. Personal data is stored securely and never sold or shared without consent.

  • Discretion is maintained for all clients and guests.

5. Liability

  • All use of Eve’s Shadow is at your own risk.

  • By booking, you agree to waive any liability against Eve’s Shadow and its owners for injuries or losses during your session.

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional safety.

6. Incomplete Bookings

  • All required forms and age verification must be completed prior to your session time.

  • If these are not completed, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to deny access or cancel a booking at any time for violations of these terms or behavior that jeopardizes safety or discretion.

8. Updates to Terms

  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
