  • Routine Maintenance:
    • Our equipment undergoes regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure proper functionality and safety.
    • We replace or repair any items that do not meet our rigorous quality standards.

  • Enhanced Sanitation:
    • A dedicated cleaning staff is trained in specialized sanitization techniques tailored for high-use environments like ours.
    • High-touch areas receive extra attention with additional rounds of disinfection throughout the day.

  • Safety Measures:
    • Our space is fitted with a well-stocked first-aid kit and emergency contact protocols are clearly posted.

Code of Conduct & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a respectful, professional, and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that everyone who utilizes our private studio space adheres to the following guidelines:

1. Privacy & Discretion

  • Our studio is a private, appointment-only space. All guests must respect the confidentiality of others.

  • Photography and recording are permitted only for personal use and must not infringe on the privacy of others.

  • Respect the nature of the space—what happens in the studio remains private.

2. Respect & Conduct

  • All interactions within the studio must be consensual.

  • Noise levels should be kept at a reasonable level.

3. Use of Equipment & Space

  • Our studio is fully equipped for creative and expressive projects. Please handle all equipment with care.

  • Any damage to equipment or studio property should be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement fees.

  • Guests are responsible for leaving the space as they found it—clean and orderly.

4. Health & Safety

  • The studio is cleaned and sanitized between each booking for a clean and professional environment.

  • Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizers are provided for guest use.

  • Guests are expected to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while using the space.

5. Booking & Time Management

  • Guests must arrive and depart on time to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next appointment.

  • Late departures may incur additional fees.

  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • The use of illegal substances, smoking, or alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized guests are not permitted—only those included in the booking may enter the space.

  • Any activity that violates local laws or disrupts the discretion of the studio will result in immediate removal and potential loss of future booking privileges.

By booking with Eve’s Shadow, guests agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct and uphold the integrity of the space. Failure to comply may result in refusal of future bookings.
